مجلس شئون التعليم والطلاب بجامعة الإسكندرية يؤكد تفعيل الإرشاد الأكاديمي ودعم الطلاب من ذوي الهمم
عقد مجلس شئون التعليم والطلاب بجامعة الإسكندرية اجتماعه برئاسة الدكتور أحمد عادل عبد الحكيم، القائم بأعمال رئيس الجامعة ونائب رئيس الجامعة لشئون التعليم والطلاب، حيث استهل المجلس أعماله بالتأكيد على أهمية تفعيل دور الإرشاد الأكاديمي ومركز التوجيه والإرشاد الطلابي بالجامعة، بما يسهم في مساعدة الطلاب على اختيار المقررات الدراسية وفهم اللوائح الجامعية، ودعم الطلاب المتعثرين دراسيًا وتنمية قدرات الطلاب المتفوقين، بما يضمن نجاحهم وتيسير مسيرتهم التعليمية داخل الجامعة.
ووجّه عبد الحكيم عمداء ووكلاء الكليات بضرورة تقديم مختلف أوجه الدعم للطلاب من ذوي الهمم، وتعزيز مبادئ المساواة وتكافؤ الفرص داخل الكليات، مع العمل على دمجهم في الأنشطة الطلابية المختلفة، والتعامل السريع مع مقترحاتهم والشكاوى المتعلقة بهم، وتقديم حلول فعالة للتحديات التي قد تواجههم، وذلك في إطار المبادرة الرئاسية “تمكين” التي أطلقها الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي، والهادفة إلى دعم دمج وتمكين الطلاب من ذوي الإعاقة داخل المجتمع الجامعي وتوفير بيئة تعليمية عادلة تراعي احتياجات جميع الطلاب.
وفي إطار توجه الدولة نحو التحول الرقمي، أشاد عبد الحكيم بالجهود التي تبذلها فرق العمل بمركز الابتكارات التربوية برئاسة الدكتور سامح نخلة، بالتعاون مع كلية الحاسبات وعلوم البيانات، لتطوير البوابة الطلابية للجامعة، حيث بلغ عدد المستخدمين المسجلين عليها 163,598 مستخدمًا، مع تفعيلها في 21 كلية، ونشر 439 كتابًا دراسيًا إلكترونيا، وإتاحة 250 بنك أسئلة، إلى جانب تفعيل 4,456 مقررًا دراسيًا على المنصة ، وجارى مراجعة 300 كتاب دراسى إلكترونى للإضافة على الموقع.
كما أشار د سامح نخلة إلى تفعيل خدمة الإشعارات على البوابة، وقرب إطلاق تطبيق تجريبي يتيح للطلاب حجز خدمات الوحدات العلاجية والمدن الجامعية ومراكز التطوير الوظيفي، بالإضافة إلى إطلاق خدمة Chatbot للرد على استفسارات الطلاب المتعلقة باللوائح والإرشاد الأكاديمي، بما يسهم في تحسين مستوى الخدمات المقدمة خاصة بالكليات ذات الكثافة الطلابية المرتفعة.
وناقش المجلس خلال اجتماعه الأعداد المقترح قبولها بكليات الجامعة للعام الجامعي 2026/2027، وذلك في ضوء خطاب المجلس الأعلى للجامعات بشأن موافاته بأعداد الطلاب المقترح قبولها بكل كلية.
وفي ختام الاجتماع، هنأ عبد الحكيم أعضاء هيئة التدريس والهيئة المعاونة والعاملين والطلاب بجامعة الإسكندرية بمناسبة قرب حلول عيد الفطر المبارك، داعيًا الله أن يعيد هذه المناسبة على مصر بالخير والازدهار والاستقرار.
كما قدم المجلس التهنئة لكل من الدكتور محمد عصام حجر بمناسبة صدور قرار رئيس الجامعة بتكليفه قائمًا بتسيير أعمال عميد كلية العلوم، والدكتورة نرمين عبد الحميد بمناسبة صدور قرار تعيينها وكيلًا لكلية السياحة والفنادق لشئون التعليم والطلاب، متمنين لهما دوام التوفيق في أداء مهامهما.

★★ The Education and Student Affairs Council at Alexandria University Emphasizes Activating Academic Advising and Supporting Students with Disabilities
The Education and Student Affairs Council at Alexandria University held its meeting under the chairmanship of Dr. Ahmed Adel Abdel Hakim, Acting President of the University and Vice President for Education and Student Affairs. The meeting began by emphasizing the importance of activating the role of academic advising and the Student Guidance and Counseling Center at the university, as this plays a vital role in helping students choose their courses, understand university regulations, support academically struggling students, and develop the abilities of outstanding students, ensuring their success and facilitating their academic journey within the university.
Dr. Abdel Hakim directed the deans and vice deans of the faculties to provide various forms of support to students with disabilities, while promoting the principles of equality and equal opportunities within faculties. He also stressed the importance of integrating them into various student activities, responding promptly to their proposals and complaints, and providing effective solutions to the challenges they may face. This comes within the framework of the presidential initiative “Tamkeen” launched by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, which aims to support the integration and empowerment of students with disabilities within the university community and to provide a fair educational environment that considers the needs of all students.
Within the framework of the state’s orientation toward digital transformation, Dr. Abdel Hakim praised the efforts made by the teams at the Center for Educational Innovations, headed by Dr. Sameh Nakhla, in cooperation with the Faculty of Computers and Data Science, to develop the university’s student portal. The number of registered users has reached 163,598, with activation in 21 faculties, the publication of 439 electronic textbooks, the availability of 250 question banks, and the activation of 4,456 courses on the platform. In addition, 300 electronic textbooks are currently under review to be added to the portal.
Dr. Sameh Nakhla also pointed to the activation of the notification service on the portal and the near launch of a pilot application that will allow students to book services for medical units, university dormitories, and career development centers. In addition, a Chatbot service will be launched to respond to students’ inquiries related to academic regulations and advising, which will contribute to improving the level of services provided, especially in faculties with high student density.
During the meeting, the council also discussed the proposed numbers of students to be admitted to the university’s faculties for the 2026/2027 academic year, in light of the letter from the Supreme Council of Universities requesting proposed admission numbers for each faculty.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Dr. Abdel Hakim extended his congratulations to faculty members, teaching assistants, employees, and students of Alexandria University on the occasion of the approaching Eid Al-Fitr, praying that this blessed occasion returns to Egypt with goodness, prosperity, and stability.
The council also congratulated Dr. Mohamed Essam Hagar on the decision appointing him as Acting Dean of the Faculty of Science, and Dr. Nermeen Abdel Hamid on her appointment as Vice Dean of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels for Education and Student Affairs, wishing them continued success in their new responsibilities.
